Leadership Labs: Practical Skills for Complex Leadership Challenges

Move from theory to practice in six weeks. These small-group, virtual programs build real-world leadership skills for managers and teams.

In today’s complex work environment, managers and leaders don’t have time for abstract theory. You need practical tools to handle the situations you’re facing right now, whether it’s navigating constant change, giving difficult feedback, or building a culture of trust.

Leadership Labs are the solution.

They are structured, six-week virtual programs designed for a small group (capped at 10 participants) to tackle a single, critical leadership topic. My approach isn’t a lecture; it’s a facilitated, evidence-based experience rooted in systems thinking and somatic, presence-based coaching. We surface real challenges and build the skills to move forward.

The Leadership Lab Experience

Our Leadership Labs are designed to create lasting skill, not temporary knowledge. The experience is intentionally structured to help your leaders practice, reflect, and apply new behaviors in real-time.

What to Expect:

  • A Focused Container: Each lab is a six-week, virtual program. We meet once per week for 60-90 minutes (client’s choice) in a confidential, small-group setting, capped at 10 participants to ensure everyone is heard.
  • A Community of Practice: The small-group setting is a space for practice, not perfection. We build the deep trust and psychological safety that allows for honest conversation. This has two powerful outcomes depending on the group:
    • For intact teams, this process fundamentally strengthens team cohesion and trust.
    • For cross-functional groups, participants build a valuable internal support network, breaking down organizational silos.
  • A “Hands-On” Approach: This is not a passive webinar. As a facilitator, I use an evidence-based, somatic, and presence-based approach. We use real-world challenges from the group to practice new skills, like navigating difficult feedback or managing accountability.
  • A Systems-Thinking Lens: We look beyond the individual and at the whole system. Participants learn to see the patterns, dynamics, and unwritten rules that keep them stuck, giving them the clarity to create real change.
  • A Practical Outcome: You won’t just leave with a notebook full of ideas. You’ll leave with practical tools, a shared language for your team, and the confidence that comes from doing.
