The Stuck Loop

You have a “sticky” situation on your team. Maybe it’s a direct report who isn’t delivering, a peer who is undermining you, or a feedback loop that has turned toxic.

You’ve likely written the email in your head ten times but haven’t sent it. You are worried about the fallout: Will they be offended? Will this cause more trouble than it’s worth? What would I even say?

The Cost of Waiting

While you hesitate, the problem isn’t staying static—it’s compounding. This is the Reformer’s Trap: trying to “fix” the person or absorb the stress yourself to avoid the friction of a direct conversation.

But delaying clarity isn’t kind. It’s expensive. It costs you cognitive load and it costs your team trust.

We don’t just talk about it.
We build the script.

01

The Diagnosis

Uncover the Hidden Drivers. Conflict rarely happens because of what is being said; it happens because of what is missing. We start by using the ARC Framework (based on Self-Determination Theory) to scan the situation for the three universal psychological needs: Autonomy, Relatedness, and Competence.

We identify exactly which need is being thwarted—making the other person defensive and making you hesitant. By separating the observable data from the internal drivers, we turn a messy interpersonal conflict into a solvable structural problem.

02

The Scripting

We literally write the words. Using the Catalyst Protocol, we craft an opening statement that creates safety without sacrificing truth. We draft the “Data-Impact-Inquiry” loop so you know exactly what to say.

03

The Rehearsal

Theory falls apart under pressure. We spend the final segment rehearsing. I play the role of your difficult employee, pushing back so you can practice holding your ground and regulating your nervous system.

Based on the “Catalyst Protocol”

This intensive uses the same proprietary framework I teach to mid-market organizations through Reboot Leadership. It combines Nonviolent Communication, Systems Thinking, and Somatic Regulation. You aren’t just getting a pep talk; you are learning an architectural protocol for human connection.

Common Questions

Is this just for firing people?

No. In fact, most clients use this to save the relationship. Clarity is the only path to retention. If termination is necessary, we will script that too, but the goal is usually repair.

What if I don’t know what I want to say?

That is exactly why we meet. You are too close to the problem. I help you find the “One True Thing” you are trying to communicate underneath the frustration.
