The Catalyst Intensive

For the specific, high-stakes problem.

This is a focused, 90-minute sprint to unstuck a “sticky” performance issue. Using the ARC Framework, we diagnose exactly why the dynamic is broken, whether it’s a lack of Autonomy, Relatedness, or Competence. Then, we script the conversation word-for-word. You leave with a plan, a script, and the confidence to execute it without damaging the relationship.
