HEY, IT’S ME, AMY!

I’m Amy Kay Watson, and I’m a passionate leadership coach who believes in the magic of authenticity, evidence-based learning, and the innate goodness of people. I’m here to empower you to become the leader you were meant to be.

Once upon a time, I began my career in ministry, but soon realized that the church wasn’t the right fit for me back then. So, I took a leap of faith and ventured into management – first in retail and later in higher education, where I found my calling as a culture-change facilitator. It was like a beautiful puzzle, where my spiritual background and the business world clicked together. And now, I’m lucky enough to work with some of the world’s leading companies.

Fast forward six years, and I transformed into a professional facilitator and consultant for organizational culture change. I then evolved into a professional coach, partnering with individuals and groups alike. My focus? Supporting professionals developing their leadership skills, navigating career crises or transitions, and reassessing life choices. I have a soft spot for leaders who feel stuck and believe others around them don’t meet their high standards. I guide them to better results by understanding their part in these dynamics.

My services cover a spectrum, from 1:1 coaching and group/team coaching to transformational workshops and facilitation. I collaborate with individuals and organizations across industries like high tech, retail, food services, military, and NGOs and faith-based organizations. My approach? Evidence-based, somatic, and presence-based coaching techniques rooted in systems thinking, designed to help my clients grow their leadership prowess and managerial skills.
