Most of us have little awareness of how much our emotions impact our experience at work. We experience stresses from our colleagues, leaders, and team members, from our assignments and responsibilities and from changes in the environment. All that stress has to go somewhere, and sometimes it goes places we never intend!

I wrote this book to help all of us — myself included — as we navigate our office environments and relationships, doing the best we can and trying not to do damage. 

Is it possible to thrive at work? To feel good and build positive relationships? To be seen as a leader despite our own imperfections?
